PeopleSoft Knowledge Browser enhanced



This actually happened in late November, but I'm late. The PeopleSoft Knowledge Browser is tool that organizes all things PeopleSoft into logical buckets - what a novel idea! The nicest addition is the performance library which contains gobs of tuning, reporting, red papers, etc. all related to system health and performance. Nice job by the PeopleSoft (ok Oracle) Global Support Center team. The blurb from customer connection is below:
